The build team is a great experience for all students that want to go into the field of engineering of any kind. Building allows students hands-on experience. We learn how to calculate the size of screw taps and other things that need to be calculated.
All builders get ample opportunity to work with almost all machines in the shop for the different parts that are made for the robot. Also in the shop the pieces are handled with care and custom-made to our curriculum. At the end of the day everything is cleaned and put away.
