Using advanced computer programs, the CAD Cell produces technical drawings that detail how our robot is built. This is just one of the ways in which the FIRST Robotics Program offers students a real-life, professional experience. Working with mentors, the students learn how to use AutoDesk Inventor—an industry standard for computer aided drafting—to draw up the plans for the 904 robot.
