Team Organization

With all the things to be done, we have organized our team into cells to share the workload. Each cell meets separately to complete their responsibilities. Each Monday there is a General Team Meeting where a representative presents what has been done and what will be done that week. In this way, each cell is held accountable to the team as a whole.
